TANK WASHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport the dirty tanks into the washroom.
- Clean the tanks with pressurized hot water, brush and required soap and dry.
- Clean the small equipment's with pressurized hot water, small scrubber and required soap.
- Keep the washroom clean and organized.
- Sign and complete all production logbooks, as required.
- Performs all job duties in accordance with GMP, SOP and safety guidelines.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
TANK WASHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0-6 months previous work experience
- High school diploma
- Must speak and write English
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The job will require frequent outside work.
- This position requires physical efforts such as straining, pulling, lifting, working, and standing and walking on concrete. .
- Exposure to elements such as noise, minable dust, cold and hot temperatures.
- Extreme climate or climate variation.
- Heat up to 100 degrees and low below freezing temperatures.
- Exposure to manufacturing equipment hazards, especially forklifts.
- Climb ladders.
