CDL TRUCK DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
- Open to all shifts including some evenings, weekends, and overnights.
- Transport flour/grain/materials to our customers throughout North America.
- Assist in delivery of missed loads, moving trailers around the yard, and operation of feed loaders.
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Load/Unload freight or assist in the loading/unloading of freight, if required.
- Other tasks as assigned.
CDL TRUCK DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle (Grain Hopper, Dry Van, or Bulk Pneumatic preferred):
- 12 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions in English.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Cranking of handles.
- Lifting, as needed.
