Our Management Development Program will help you build the skills, capabilities, and experience you need by exposing you to a variety of challenges and responsibilities across different areas of our operation.
Over the course of nine to twenty-four months, you will gain insight into our business by doing a series of rotations in any of the following: Elevator, Mill, Packaging, Warehouse, Loadout, Maintenance, and other support functions such as supply chain, sales, and merchandising departments. You may also have opportunities to get involved in a range of project work at multiple facilities. This individual will be trained and developed in Texas for leadership roles in Texas or the option to grow and work in our new state-of-the-art mill in Utah.
Upon completion of the program, you will progress into an entry-level leadership role within the PHM Brands family. This structured program is designed to give team members an understanding of the PHM Brands businesses and hands-on experience across multiple functions. It is important to know that movement into a different role in the business is required throughout the program, often in a different location. In addition, as a part of this role at PHM Brands you may be required to work alongside your team, rotating shifts (days, evenings, and nights), as well as weekend and/or holiday work.
